Your data you give us via on-line registration is protected according by Slovene Consumer Legislation.

Money for the workshops will not be returned in any case, not even in a case of illness or higher force. You can easily give your ticket to your friend and let us know by e-mail to festivalzmigajse@gmail.com that some other dancer will attend the workshop instead of you. All your data you give us via e-mail or on-line registration is protected according by Slovenian consumer legislation. The participants of Zmigaj se! 2015 agree that the organizer (that is Društvo/Society Zmigaj se! is not held responsible for possible injuries and lost wardrobe of the participants in the time of Zmigaj se! 2015 (that is 17.10.15 from 9 AM to 5 PM) and changes in the program that the organizer cannot influence on it (due to higher force etc.). In the same time participants of the Zmigaj se! 2015 give the right to the association Društvo Zmigaj se! to allow the use of the photos taken at the event, in which the participants are on, and used for promotional, marketing activities and purposes of Zmigaj se! event(s) and with it gives the right of the usage to the Society/Društvo Zmigaj se! Vrhnika. With registration via e-mail, on-line registration and payment of the workshops and with attendence on the workshops participants agree with this general business terms and conditions. The program of the Zmigaj se! 2015 can change or cannot be executed in a whole due to illness, higher force or any other reasons on which organizer (that is Društvo/Society Zmigaj se! Vrhnika) cannot influence on it. For these reasons organizer do not feel responsible for the changes in the program because he cannot influence on it. In a case of non-execution of the workshops from the side of EZ TWINS and/or ANTHONY LEE the workshop will be substituted with a teacher/choreographer on the same level. Taking pictures or videotaping of the event is only allowed with written permisson of the organizer and there is a need to show permission to the organizer on the day of the event. There is also a need to give all copies of the pictures or videos to the organizer on the day of the event. Please send the requests for taking pictures or videotaping of the event to festivalzmigajse@gmail.com until 15th of October, 2015.
